My stay at the hotel was fantastic! The executive suite I stayed in was exceptional, modern, and clean. The service from the staff was amazing, with some minor inconveniences. The location was so relaxing, even though I had an issue being on hold for over 20 minutes. The dining experience had a lot of variety, but there was an issue with some raw fish. Overall, a great stay with some ups and downs.

The service was very accommodating and welcoming, although there was insistence on using another check-in area unnecessarily. The location was wonderfully relaxing, though there was a slight inconvenience of being on hold for over 20 minutes. The dining options provided a lot of variety, particularly the tapas selection. The facilities were top-notch.
